Vintage Breitling chronograph watch

Breitling chronograph dating to mid 1940s.  Signed manual wound movement keeps time and monopusher chrono works great.  Pulsation scale dial has likely been cleaned and the crystal replaced.  Signed case back.  Jumbo case is between a yellow and rose gold tone.  New nylon strap (fixed strap bars so a 1-piece strap is required).
